MEDIA MAIL IS NOW AVAILABLE!  You may now have your book shipped anywhere in the U.S. by Media Mail, for only $3.13.  To use this money saving feature, click on USPS and then click on Media mail when you arrive at the shipping page.  Your book will take a few days longer to arrive, but to save a few bucks?  We think it's worth it :)
